1. The Talking Stage ($75 Initial Fee)

The consultation process begins with the talking stage. This is where we discuss your specific needs, vision, and goals for your project. Whether you're building a gaming rig, launching a new website, or setting up a reliable network, this phase is critical for me to fully understand your requirements.

During the talking stage, we will:
- Identify the scope of your project. We’ll go over all the key details, from the type of hardware needed for a custom PC to the design elements you want for your website or the networking infrastructure required.
- Discuss your budget and timeline to ensure everything is aligned with your expectations.

The initial talking stage costs $50, which will be credited toward the overall cost if we move forward with the project.

2. Statement of Work (SOW)

After the talking stage, I will prepare a Statement of Work (SOW). This document outlines the entire project, including:
- Objectives: What you want to achieve by the end of the project (e.g., a high-performance gaming PC, a responsive and SEO-friendly website, or a fully functional network).
- Deliverables: A detailed list of what will be provided (e.g., a list of PC components, website pages/features, networking equipment).
- Timeline: When each phase of the project will be completed.
- Cost Breakdown: A transparent view of all costs, including the upfront payment and the final payment upon completion.

The SOW ensures we are on the same page before the project officially starts.

3. Upfront Payment

Once the SOW is agreed upon, you will be asked to make an upfront payment. This payment covers the cost of getting the materials or starting the work. Whether it’s purchasing PC parts or registering domain names and hosting for a website, this ensures we can move forward smoothly.

This upfront payment acts as a deposit, and it will vary depending on the total cost outlined in the SOW.

 4. The Project Work

With the upfront payment made, I will begin working on your project. Whether it's building your custom PC, developing your website, or setting up your network, I’ll follow the timeline and deliverables we agreed upon in the SOW. During this phase, I'll keep you updated on the progress so you can follow along and offer any feedback if needed.

5. Final Payment and Completion

Once the project is completed to your satisfaction, the remaining balance will be due. I will hand over all the deliverables, including:
- The fully built PC, ready for setup.
- A functional and responsive website, along with login credentials and documentation.
- A network infrastructure that meets your needs, complete with any required training or instructions.

After the final payment is made, I’ll ensure everything is working as expected, and I’ll remain available for any post-project support or adjustments.
