Unpacking The Election

So I'm late to this but let's talk about the election? So yea Trump is now in charge of the nuclear codes and we may have lost the ability to criticize him. The craziest thing about it I was kind of right though. Who we vote in has a great effect on how the country sees and treats people. This is going to be part 2 of why who we elect matters see part1 and how that effects how people.

This hasn't been a one time thing if you've been tuned into American politics has been doing you can stories like this on TikTok and Twitter So let's deconstruct this why I THINK the left lost for a few reasons.

  • Racism and sexism obviously
  • they ignored the issues of the common person
  • The Red Pill

Bigotry and Classism

These two things go hand and hand during the campaign Kamala did talk about the issues Americans were facing during the debate where she famously crushed Trump. However when it came down to her entire campaign she didn't talk about it at all. She talked mainly about her being a normal person but neglected to talk about how the average person was being impacted by the increase in prices.

HOWEVER at the end of the day if you were tuned into the entire discourse of both candidates you would know that Kamala did have policies while Trump was using fear and division in his campaign. I think we have to admit that it didn't matter what Kamala did the U.S. may not have been ready for a female president. Kamala did run a good campaign but in the end she lost to Trump including the popular vote.

So much of the Trump's campaign was spent calling her a DEI(diversity equity inclusion) hire that it was practically their catch phrase. Even more time was spent taking time to talk about how she wasn't really black or wasn't Indian. They used so much to invalidate her character and her accomplishments. The irony of it all is that Trump would use the word "nasty" to describe woman who disagree with him or woman he didn't like but truthfully he was very nasty towards her.

As a black American it truly was the biggest slap in the face. However what's more important is what we're going to be touching on next.

Red Pill

I used to watch red pill content back in 2020 during the pandemic. At first it started out as me researching but I actually started in enjoying it for a very short time. I'm going to discuss how I fell into this hole and how exactly the left has failed men.

In 2014 I fell in love in a woman it's a long story but she was handicapped and I thought we were going to be together. I moved halfway across the country all the way to California to be with her. Then she broke up with me. It fundamentally broke me as a person when she broke up with me. I lost everything I owned because I spent all my money paying rent and other things. I ended up going back home with my clothes and left all my other valuables behind.

What truly made me go to the manosphere were a few things that I feel many leftist miss when talking about men's issues.

  • Misandry is never called out on the left
  • Women have been able to change but men aren't allowed to
  • women might have lost your rights to abortion but men don't have many reproductive rights
  • women can enforce patriarchy
  • the left sucks at giving dating advice
  • The right grifts for men and the left grifts for women
  • there is no happy medium
  • There is a female gaze and it determines your value as a male

Let's get one thing straight I've never been a misogynist and I don't hate feminists. I have just been disappointed with the feminist movement and where it went and what's it has truly become. Which is a bunch of man hating women who judge other women for their life choices. Who can't even admit that despite the fact that privilege's men have they in fact have privileges' to, EVEN IF THEY DON'T APPRECIATE THEM.

I listen to a lot of video essays by women and it is very hard for me to listen to them due to the fact that they have no idea what they are talking about. I've seen women say that men NEVER have to feel the pressure of starting a family and having a kid but that's just untrue. You def do but it just happens later in your life in my late to mid 30s people def silently judge me for being a single unmarried and without any kids.

I didn't truly understand how white men felt until feminist's started blaming me for all the woes of society. It's taking responsibility for things that I had no hand in creating and no control over. Especially when I have no power to stop them. Part of the problem with that dreaded word is that it fails to see how men are victimized in patriarchy.

Some women are probably seeing this and cannot believe men can be victims of patriarchy. But if we can consider that pretty priveledge isn't a ticket to an easy life why can't priveledge be the same? Society objectifies you and sees you as a tool of destruction, or construction based on whether they need you as a tool of war or an obedient worker. You are not allowed to open up or express emotions or be yourself. You have to provide for a family even if you don't really want one and society does look down on childless men too.

Not to mention so many feminist spaces don't let men speak despite many of them saying that feminism is for men. I cannot take people like this seriously because honestly I've never felt welcome or like I could speak in these spaces. I common thing that is said in these spaces is men are to be seen and not heard. I understand the reason is because a lot of men love trolling in women's spaces but there are so many subjects in which women just have no idea what they are talking about. Tbh I can't list them because this blog IS WAY TOO LONG to the point where I'm really considering make this a video someday.

The point however before this blog truly becomes a rant is often times we as leftists focus a lot on women, people of color, and LGBT and neglect the male demographic. To the point that they feel alienated from the entire group. The whole 4B movement truthfully I feel like I'm being punished despite voting for Kamala. In the end nothing truly changes for me and nothing gets better. I feel even if Kamala had gotten voted in I don't think she would have really made a difference for black men really. I agree to overturn abortion rights but she wouldn't have made courts more equal for everyone.

Conclusion

This is just scratching the surface on men's issues and I'm sure you are probably hungry for more don't worry I curated a playlist of content creators that have made issues on men's issues that will help you feel seen. Men/boys you don't have to hate women to feel seen or to express yourself misogamy is not the answer.

I'm sorry this took so long I was busy working on a few projects some of which are coming up nicely and I put writing blogs on the back burner. Also a new update should be coming to the website very soon.

I really appreciate anyone who's stuck with me and read until the end up until now. I've been busy with a lot of other things and haven't had as much time to write blogs. I think often times I spend so much time coding and building this website and my subsequent projects that I neglect to actually write new blogs.
